Samson Cycles offer an exclusive lifetime warranty on all frames and forks and a twelve month warranty covering all manufacturing faults on any Samson Cycles bicycle/product.

Samson Cycles does not offer a warranty on any faults caused by improper assembly. All shipped bicycles must be built by a professional bicycle mechanic and proof of this must be provided for any warranty claim from Samson Cycles to be valid, where the claim is the result of an issue arising from improper assembly.

All returned claims must provide proof of purchase and will only be valid to the original purchaser.
