Refund policy

Unfortunately we are unable to accept a returned item due to change of mind as per the guidelnies outlined under Victorian consumer law.

If an item is deemed as faulty we are able to either replace it or refund the item depending on the cause of the fault and the possibility of fixing the fault and ensuring the item is safe for use.

Each situation is unique and assesed on an individual basis.
